Bush Makes a New Presidential Pitch...For the Washington Nationals That Is! |
| 3/30/2008 6:40:13 AM |
Tonight President Bush will make a different kind of presidential pitch when he throws the ceremonial first pitch as the Washington Nationals initiate their brand new baseball stadium in Washington DC. Tonight's game will be the Nationals against the Atlanta Braves.
The first presidential ceremonial first pitch was made by William Howard Taft, tossing a pitch from the stands to the Washington Senator's opening day pitcher Walter Johnson, April 14, 1910.
This is possibly the world's worst MLB opening deay first pitch. You be the judge! It's funny anyway or maybe just pathetic!
